Rich was an absolutely lovely guy who came and worked exactly when he said he would. He was extremely polite and very interesting to talk to. Richard, ( Rich ) of Duchy Stoves and Chimneys is a true professional,  with a work ethic way above the norm.
Rich is thorough, and very knowledgeable. His attention to detail and the fact that he LISTENS to your requirements is most reassuring and produces  work of the highest quality.  Clearing
away all debris  (in our case over half a ton of brick rubble) and leaving your property clean and tidy.
Not overly expensive, very easy and comfortable to have in your home, we thoroughly  recommend  him if you require his expertise.

We had repair work carried out to an old chimney and a new log burner installed, both Nicola and Richard have been fantastic throughout the job from start to finish. Communication was very clear on what and how  the work would be carried out, throughout various stages of the work Richard kept us informed of progress and carried out a very neat and tidy job.

This company are prompt and super efficient. Removed an old leaking chimney stack and installed a flue. Then 6 years later with
